Bio: Dr. Lou received the B.Eng. degree in Electronic Information Technology and Instrumentation from Zhejiang University (ZJU), China, in 2010 and M.Sc. degree in System-on-Chip Design from Royal Institute of Technology (KTH), Sweden, in 2012 and PhD degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore, in 2016. Then he joined VIRTUS, IC Design Centre of Excellence at NTU as a research scientist. In Mar. 2017, he joined the School of Information Science and Technology, ShanghaiTech University, Shanghai, China, as an assistant professor and establish the VLSI Signal Processing Lab. His research interests include energy-efficient integrated circuits for machine vision and 3D graphics, and other VLSI digital signal processing systems Dr. Lou has published more than 40 technical papers in top journals and conferences such as IEEE TCAS-I, TIP, TPAMI and CICC. Dr. Lou is a senior member of the IEEE, and serves as an Associate Editor of IEEE TCAS-II.
娄鑫博士于2010年、2012年以及2016年毕业于浙江大学、瑞典皇家理工学院以及新加坡南洋理工大学,分别获得学士、硕士以及博士学位。博士毕业后,加入南洋理工大学VIRTUS集成电路设计中心担任研究科学家。他于2017年3月全职加入上海科技大学信息科学与技术学院,任助理教授、研究员。娄鑫博士的研究兴趣为VLSI数字信号处理,特别是面向机器视觉、3D渲染等应用的高性能、高能效数字集成电路设计,目前已在相关领域国际知名期刊及会议(IEEE TCAS-I, TIP, TPAMI, CICC 等)上发表学术论文40余篇。娄鑫博士是IEEE高级会员,目前担任IEEE TCAS-II的副编辑(Associate Editor)。

Bio:
Dr. Quan Pan, Bachelor's degree in electronic science and technology, University of Science and Technology of China; Doctor's degree in electronic and computer engineering, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. From 2005 to 2009, he worked as an rf chip engineer in Beijing Times MinXin technology co. LTD. From 2014 to 2018, he worked as a senior executive engineer at eTopus Technology Inc, a silicon valley high-speed hardware startup. Prof. Quan Pan’s main research interests are high-speed analog/RF IC designs, which include Wireline/Wireless high-speed communication ICs (both receiver and transmitter), Serdes/clock and recovery (CDR) circuits, LNA/frequency synthesizer, GaN IC, Si-Photonics. He has published multiple high-quality journals/conference papers, and he has more than 8-year industry experience, including 4-year state-of-the-art industry experience in Silicon Valley IC startup. In 2014, he won the innovation award of the 4th HKUST million dollar entrepreneurship competition, and in 2017, he was awarded the outstanding young author award by IEEE circuit systems association. In 2019, he obtained the Pearl River talent plan project to introduce high-level talents-young top talent. In 2020, he won the excellent academy tutor award of SUSTech. In 2021, he won the excellent teaching award of SUSTech.
潘权博士,中国科学技术大学电子科学与技术专业学士,香港科技大学电子及计算机工程学专业博士。2005年到2009年在北京时代民芯科技有限公司担任射频芯片工程师。2014年到2018年在美国硅谷高速硬件创业公司eTopus Technology Inc. 担任高级主管工程师。主要研究工作集中在高速模拟/射频集成电路设计,主要包括:Wireline/Wireless高速通信集成电路、光通信集成电路、Serdes/clock and data recovery(CDR)电路、低噪声放大器/频率综合器、硅光互连研究。作为课题负责人不仅在国际主流会议/期刊上发表60多篇高水平学术论文,同时有超过8年丰富的国内外工作经验,包括4年硅谷业界最前沿的工作经验。于2014年获得第四届香港科大百万创业大赛创新奖,2017年获得IEEE电路系统协会授予杰出青年作者奖,2019年获得“珠江人才计划”引进高层次人才项目-青年拔尖人才,2020年获得南方科技大学优秀书院导师奖,2021年获得南方科技大 学优秀教学奖。
